Theme Problem

I am using php-nuke 7.6 patched and everything works fine using the theme 3d-fantasy. Everything works great as long as I don't change the theme to one I downloaded. For instance, Leviathan (Lorkan Themes), or Dream (Kalgash Themes). When I change to one of these, or some others, too, I suddenly can no longer see the right side block on my home page. I did install a fresh copy of 7.6patched to my local server and changed to one of the aforementioned themes and the right side blocks DO show up. I don't even know where to start looking to fix the problems. Any help would be greatly apprecitated. Here is my site with 3D-Fantasy installed.

that only happens if you use themes that are not patched to work with the newer stuff..

anyway..

In your theme.php find:
if ($index == 1) {

and change to:
if (defined('INDEX_FILE')) {
