Hi Raven,
I installed the latest version of non-Nuke Kisgb last night and when I set the kisgb directory to 777, I get an 'Internal Server Error' when accessing the guest book. When I set it back to 755 everything works fine and I am able to add guest book entries, using admin menu etc.
Will leaving it set to 755 stop me doing anything?
I guess if it has to be 777 then the problem lies with some setting my hosting service has to change. What do you think I should request them to change in a support ticket?

Many hosts do not allow folders to have 777, only files. 755 is fine and actually preferred. As long as the gb file is set to 666 or 777 all should work just fine.
