Tried to update PHPBB Forum description

Hello all, I tried to update my forum description in site admin section but come up with this error

Failed to update general configuration for INSERT INTO phpbb_config ( config_name, config_value ) VALUES ('topics_on_index', '10')

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'topics_on_index', '10')'' at line 3

UPDATE phpbb_config SET config_value = '' WHERE config_name = 'INSERT INTO phpbb_config ( config_name, config_value ) VALUES ('topics_on_index', '10')'

Line : 62
File : admin_board.php

any idea`s all ??? um at aloss

already tried repair in phpmyadmin..

Hello I managed to fix the problem, the offending line was this

INSERT INTO phpbb_config ( config_name, config_value ) VALUES ('topics_on_index', '10')

I decided to upload a backup and all is fine now
