Look at it a different way: why would people using PHP-Nuke want to go to PostNuke? Even better, why would you? Maybe you have valid answers to those questions. But as Evaders99 said, there are advantages and disadvantages to using every CMS.
Testing them is a great way to see their functionality, but unfortunately, that doesn't help answer other questions that are critical to selecting a CMS like:
How well is it supported?
How frequently is it updated?
How secure is it?
What addons (modules, themes, tweaks, etc.) are available? (this is particularly critical when using opensourcecms, which has the base, unpatched, unimproved PHP-Nuke)
If you compare RavenNuke76 to other CMS scripts, you might get a different result than using the unpatched, unsecured PHP-Nuke 7.6+.
