I have searched here in the forums and googled this question but have yet to find an answer.
I need some places to start looking or maybe assistance. My problem is that though my user points are setup, they are not incrementing. What would typically cause this? Any ideas?
Thanks all!

I was actually just messing around to be honest so not sure this was the fix or not. But all I did was add a group and the number of points to get in the group. Then while working on something else I noticed a change in points. If someone else could validate this I'd be curious to see if that was it. I could have sworn I saw in the docs or maybe even here that a group was not required for the points to work. But really, with regards to points, that's all I did.

If the points are not set up originally - that would be your problem . .

If the points aren't working create a single group with like 100000 points needed and then they should start to accumulate.
I am just posting this in a few of these threads because I had this issue and have resolved it with this ifix. |
