Hi all

I want to set my site to one theme but at the present have 5.
is there a simple way to set all members theme to the default on then I can delete the others?

Yes, in nuke admin -> preferences, set the default them to the theme you are keeping.
Once the oters are removed, all users should default to the one remaining theme.
