Link only appears for group members

I'm using Bob Marion's NSN Groups and only allowing members of group #3 to have access to the Submit News Module. I would like to have an image link in the heading area of the page which would only appear for members of this group. Anybody out there have a direction you could send me to find a snippet of code that might work?

I personally use the following in a few of my modules:

if ( in_groups( $groups ) ) {
<<do something>>
}

Where $groups is the list of groups, separated by dashes, to check the user is a member of.

In your example, I think you would use in_groups('3').
