NSN Center Blocks Show Block in Forums Instead of Home

I have a Nuke Evo Install, I am attempting to install the NSN CenterBlocks mod form Evo - mods and all is good until I use rows 2 3 & 4

These show up but not in the Home Page as they should but in the Forums Page at the Top for Row 2 or Footer Row 3 & 4

Edited all files, uninstalled re-installed and simply can not figure this out
