I have nuke 7.6 and 3.1 patch. I have problem to change the theme from user cp.

When i change theme i see a blank page with the link of the theme.
If I go back and refresh the page i see the theme correctly..

I have not come across this before and certainly do not remember the url ending with &theme=clean

Have you turned on error reporting in config.php or are any errors already being reported in your server log files?
I assume, you do have more than one theme installed?

I have never seen this either. Sounds to me like you have made a change to the Your Account module which has introduced this issue. I would trace back your steps and see which change might have caused this.
