I downloaded and have upgraded to v1.04 so far, and have the 1.05 patch ready to go before upgrading to 2.02. I'm kind of confused though because the read me says that if another version is installed the 1.05 is not needed. The patch just has installation files, so can I skip this one and go directly to 2.02 from my 1.04 upgrade?

I haven't had a chance to review the updates, but I think it wouldn't hurt to run the 1.05 update before going to the 2.02 update.
