I don't know if it's a bug or no,
but the autopurge doesn't remove topics with survey.

Is there a mode to remove them too ?

Although I have never used autopurge, I would have to think that feature is strictly a core phpBB feature and not specific to nuke. You may want to also check over at the phpBB site for this answer.
