The version number for a virgin install is reading 7.0. You will need to manually update that to 7.1 or correct the nuke.sql file BEFORE creating your database. The upgrade script does correctly update it to 7.1.

I downloaded 7.1 patched by raven .im newbie and i wasnt know this. i just saw my site source says i use 7.0. My theme and lots blocks max versions for 7.0 so i thought its coz of this but wanna make it sure cause im a regular old akaching! so i came for ask but i met with my destiny Shocked Sad .

now have a newbie question: i upload my files couple blocks,hacks i use c panel +php my admin so; is it possible that i delete my user name +user data+nuke sql but not my files on server and i create same user name +data+nuke sql is this works so i dont lose any of my works ? Embarassed
