Internal server error it's 99% an ISP issue
I have it working on one site, and not working on another one hosted in a different place.

HTTP 500 - Internal server error
Internet Explorer
If you are using Internet Explorer, you need to turn on detailed error messages. Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> uncheck 'friendly error messages'. This will provide a more detailed error message.
SP2 Pop-Up Blocker May Block as well

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request so its a host issue We'll be my guess an ISP issue
dont think so

It is not always a Host issue but it is, 99% of the time, a misconfiguration in .htaccess or httpd.conf

In this case my host informed me that the sprint was was timing out due to the size of the database so I guess they have some size limitations or something

Not necessarily. That's a limitation between Browser TTL, phpMyAdmin processing time, and PHP. When your database becomes that large you need to use phpMyAdmin and use the Export functionality.

I usually do got that from your forum Razz I was just testing things I think they' allow you 2.5MB

in my Notes

You can backup your database from the phpMyAdmin section of your web hosting control panel. Login to phpMyAdmin. Click on your database (on the left you see the name of the database and all tables under the database, click on the name of your database), then click on "Export" from the top navigation menu. Check the "Save as file" check-box and click on the "Go" button in the bottom right corner. There you go!
