What is wrong with people..

I am posting to vent my anger I have posted the same thing everywhere.. I live in a small town in Delaware. This Sunday we laid to rest one of our local boys killed in iraq by an ied. Now Im not pro war or really antiwar. I just love the country I live in and would serve again if need be.. The reason for this post is to draw attention to a group or individuals known as the WBC. Or Westboro Baptist Church in topeka Kansas. They actually showed up to protest the funeral. Thats just wrong in my opinion. I wished there was a politician with the strength to stand up to groups that are backed by the A.C.L.U. Just makes me sick to my stomache.. Anyways I just needed to get that off my chest....

WBC to picket funeral of Army Cpl. Cory L. Palmer - at 2:15 a.m., Sunday, May 21 - at St. John's United Methodist leper colony, 200 N. Pine St., Seaford, Delaware. Killed in Iraq by IED - like the IED America bombed WBC with in an effort to try to stop our anti-gay Gospel preaching.

No offense to anyone but that is taken directly from their calander of events..

I share your anger.

There are many people out there who claim some kind of spirituality, but scratch the surface a little bit and you'll often find people who are putting down others only to make themselves feel better. ie: Hitler was good at this. WBC is one of the nastiest groups anywhere.
