Anyone know something about?
I got more than 600 hits tonight.
It looks like it obeys robots.txt, but there is no reference to a website in the useragent to see what is the purpose of this bot.

unknown bot, hosted by bb2.net, Backbone Communications Inc, CA, US
some considder it be a bad bot.

I think i've seen other robots hosted by backbone comms. maybe become.com?

That ´s what I currently have in my htaccess: 66.234.128.0/19

It seems it´s still not clear whose bot this is.

It looks like it's a polite robot. I put in robots.txt and I didnt see anymore crawling.

I thought this bot was behaving nice as well but it crawled a (honeypot) url in my robots.txt that it shouldn't have and Sentinel is now blocking it.
