Advanced Download Block for NSN GR: I have expanded the capabilities of this block. I plan on adding more features and to make it work with either NSN GR or the standard downloads block.

This is a project that attempts to make PHP-Nuke more secure by adding variable validation
to the data that comes from all sql queries as well as the one that goes into the database.
All sec-fix patches have been incorporated into these. These are not full PHP-Nuke packages, they only include files that have been patched.
