Ravens PHP Scripts - Public release of my scrim

I just finished my scrim_us application module for clans that participate in gaming leagues and I am releasing it for public download. This is an application form module for other clans to request a scrimmage with other competitive gaming clans.

It was made for the half life mod day of Defeat. It can, however, be used for any other type of game that requires a clan to scrimmage often to keep in top fragging condition. If your clan competes in any type of league play and needs a way to let others request scrimmages with your clan via a simple web site application form, this has got you covered.
