Ravens PHP Scripts - NukeWeather(tm) 3.1.00 RC1 released

NukeWeather(tm) 3.1.00 RC1 - many new features:

- To be used with PHP-Nuke 6.6 to 8.1 + Patched 3.2 mininum.
- User configurable preferences (including location & units).
- Over 39,000 locations (including over 30,000 Cities in 50 US States)
- Location tables were reconstructed for faster response times.
- Location data includes Continent, Country, Division & City per Weather.com.
- Easy administration of default settings.
- Very easy installation of sql data.

The code is being reviewed by Raven to be compliant with RavenNuke™ and will subsequently be released to the public.
