Admin portal closed. This facility is used by the administrator to close the portal ( either temporarily or permanently) for servicing or other reasons. When the portal is closed the administrator is able to view and customize the portal as usual, while for members and visitors, index page, blocks or portal links are omitted and replaced by a central message saying that the portal is closed for certain reason as configured into admin control panel.
