I have made it so anyone that wants to use this tweak can do it manualy.

But the core files are from PHPNuke 7.4 Patched By Chatserv.
Here are the old and new changes:

- Updated to new SQL abstraction layer.
+ Added comments to the .php files for manual install
+ Included a Modified block-Modules.php, it will center the category titel and show custom background color and a image to show before every module.
