The LookUp utility is intended to function as a quick reference to IP
Ranges that are in most cases, depending on the width, being composed
of one or more countries, sub-regions and regions - this is where the
need for precession comes along - ideally, to ban only what is considered absolutely necessary and NOT an IP more.
The latter remark may easily sound as an ultimatum not to be ever reached
- however, as long as the source data being used for these purposes
is valued as up-to-date as possible, many advantages are gained by
using
the LookUp Reference as a parallel guide in setting the accessability
restrictions for the website/webserver visitor(s)/user(s) when considering
the *blind-folded form of banning* as an extreme secondary option.
