Due to so many requests for the v7.9 release, I have applied Chatserv's patch-level 3.1 fixes to the phpnuke v7.9 release, to make it about as safe as it can be. Be aware that we still do not endorse it but realize that you are responsible for your own choices :). Download phpnuke v7.9 patch level 3.1
