I updated the file today with some tweaks to the title= and a few others check it out. Its in use on the same site and available at the same link. If you can't download or access the site PM here with your IP and I'll either email the file to you or remove the ban on your ip,useragent ect..

The site with the block demo on is also caching this block with Cache-Lite and full pages with jpcache which makes it screaming fast most of the time and even reasonably fast when the MySQL server is bogged down.
