Guess I didn't make myself clear. Sorry about that. I just don't want to overwrite any of the files in case I use any addons, etc. I am indeed using 2.10.01.

I thought long and hard about what version of Nuke to use before I decided on RavenNuke. The deciding factor was security. I knew if it was good enough for this site then it was good enough for me. I ...

In your theme.php find:

if ($index == 1) {

and change to:

if (defined('INDEX_FILE')) {
