I need to add that I always use Autotheme-Lite so there are some color hacks in the code to get the font color to display properly in the admin screens. If I find them, I'll comment it here.

Here is my first hack job. It works but I haven't properly reviewed it or cleaned up the directories.

That was officially the fastest reply I have ever recieved, lol.
i agree the admin changes may cause some grief. I'll try it tonight and if I have to, change the paths in the admin files.

I use Spaw on a couple sites. Very easy to integrate, although I looked at TinyMCE and it seems about as easy.

I agree with you about the gfx function. That is the area we should be concentrating on. Putting some !eregi code in there to make sure it's not called directly would prolly work.

By the way I tested 7.5 with Autotheme Lite 0.8 and it seems to work. I haven't fully tested the blocks admin functions but so far so good.

Winsyntax is a great free text editor and does syntax highlighting.
Imho though the all time greatest is Ultra-Edit. Although it isn't free it is worth buying. I use it for absolutely everything.
