This isn't my exact error, but it just came up yesterday I think. (I did check that Gzip is off, anyhow).

As Raven posted, you could add the folling range to Nuke Sentinels blocked ranges
200.0.0.0 to 200.63.255.255

I did try the scan for new admins, but nothing ever appeared, perhaps since it seems like it never actually completed adding them.
