The problem some how mysteriously solved its self after about 4 hours of waiting it let me create the superuser. Strange but its working fine now.

I just finished installing a kicking out bugs from PHPNUKE 6.5 the only thing I see now is that when I create the superuser and try to login to the admin pannel it just keeps on asking me for my user ...
