Exactly what patch? I read the readme as instriucted and uploaded in the correct places and made folders where it was needed to match the upload tree.

I added this:

@include_once("../../includes/nukesentinel.php");

instead of this:

@require_once(INCLUDE_PATH." ...

Maclain, I noticed in another thread that you finally got yours going. Congrats! I'm having the same problem you were and I was wondering exactly what you did to resolve the problem.
