I added default (null) values for table structure

(prefix may be different)

nuke_users -> bio
nuke_users -> ublock

Basically open phpa

select database

select nuke_users

click ...

I had the same trouble in windows.

In my case, the database did not have default values for bio and ublock.
A quick change of the table to add a default null value made it work.
