Well, I got it working, I am a novice at this. I can not get the block to appear.

I have the ability to "Add a New Block". Is that what I want to do? If so, are there step by step instructions? ...

Is it compatable with phpnuke version 8, it says it is compatible with Nuke 6.x and 7.x
