Resolved. THanks for all the help. I had to teach myself php in order to figure out where to place the commands for font size=1. No big deal, now I am a little wiser.

A bit of an update, I was able to change the stock survey and it worked fine. I also was able to vote for it and all works as it should.

Still can't create a new survey though.
