I'm still trying to figure out how to unzip it. It downloaded as a *.tar.tar file here. When I open it up in WordPad, it shows a *.bz (bzip2?) file.

Seems like there should be a way to combine your welcome message with the email that is sent for activation... My first thought was the language file but I don't see the activation message in it..hmmm ...
