First thing I notice wrong is you have equal sign in the urls after rewrite. Your parameters need separation by either slashes or dashes.

A fix I have put into PNC for this type of issue is to add the following lines to the get_theme function at the top replacing the global declarations:


global $user, $db, $prefix, $user_prefix ...
