...should also add I had a similar issue with another user last night. The problem went away when I deleted/recreated/assigned permissions again.

Newly created a user yesterday: She can't log in.

These are the steps I went through so far:
1. Her cookies/cache are cleared.
2. Password reset using admin tool.
3. 'Incorrect Login' error

As soon as I try to look at the group, I receive the above error...going to try this in phpmyadmin.

Part of the problem was at the nuke level of permissions to use the forums...all groups were not selected. >_<

Paste the IP into the 'WHOIS' function. Rinse, repeat.
