I have decided to give installing 2.5.0 another go. However I am way confused by the edits for core files.... alot of the stuff that it is saying to edit isn't even in my mainfile.php

I am using 7. ...

Ok I have a laundry list of problems with my site since I installed 2.5.0

1. I got banned from my own site clicking a link in the referrers module.

2. Firefox users are complaining they can not ...
