yeah its not a new site. I used from nukescripts.com for the downgrader and nuke files. I downloaded it again and checked on the mainfile.php it states 3.1 even though it is 3.2. So I didnt download ...

Alright to go over what I just did.

2. rename .staccess chmod it to 666 ( did not rename sameple.htaccess. but did CHMod it for now.
3. ran nsnst. ...

Well I checked and it was never saved in the /staccess file. When I did rename the files before I would go to admin.php and nuke sentinal admin and would get illegal detection in both areas.
