I seem to be getting alot of emails from users saying they are blocked from the site. The all have one thing in common, they are using aol email addresses. Is there something I need to change for aol? ...

Yes and the ones I downloaded yesterday doesn't give me the time frame it happened in.

The logs I downloaded came after the db was suspended.
