Ok, I fixed it myself. I guess its good to leave up for archive purposes, but I was getting those errors on only PHPBB mods (Coincidence that they were all registered users only).

I upgraded php ...

Im getting the dreaded file does not exist after installing the latest version of nuke sentinel.

I have narrowed down the problem to only be affecting any modules that were set as "Registered Users ...
