Sorry all, I resolved the issue and I thought I'd posted the answer, but it's not here now.

In Firefox click on the TOOLS>OPTIONS> CONTENT

. Check "Load Images Automatically.

In Firefox click on OPTIONS>CONTENT>
Make sure LOAD IMAGES AUTOMATICALLY is checked
Click on EXCEPTIONS to see what's in there. I did and found www.paypal ...

Apparently I do in some way and didn't know it. I can't even see the PayPal button on my own website unless I use Internet Explorer or Safari, and then I can see and use the button. I have no idea h ...

No PayPal logo and even if I mouse over the area there's no hyperlink.
