Your NS version is very old and you really should upgrade to the latest.

If you check through your logs are you able to see how they did it?

Susan, I see that my harvester block is turned off still and that's why it didn't block.
It was added to the list however when I clicked the block icon.

and left.. (same user agent).. this kind of shows we have a unique user agent
here...

Here's an update of what happened today..
I installed NukeSentinel on the site with no errors
and set the Proxy IP block to highest setting and went to sleep.
