ok I thought ip was the way but couldn't remember for sure....how would I go about changing it to log by username instead ?

yes the users as I have the survey module set to registered only

its a fresh install and I confirmed I could vote twice......I voted from the computer @ my fire department and then again from my ph ...

allows voting by same person from different computers allowing them to vote multiple times

i thought this was a previous issue and corrected but darned if i can find the info.

jestrella, no i have no idea why or what caused it to stop like that......there was no error or anything shown, however it didnt show how many tables were loaded either when using the installer it did ...

i got it...not sure why but the installer was stopping short of loading all core tables..prolly something to do with settings on the local install of wamp....the config table was there in the file but ...
