This is awesome, a working Gallery is the one thing holding me back from using RN on customers sites. I would be willing to pay for a module like this!

Not to beat a dead horse but simply including the free GPL AutoTheme lite package allows unlimited block positions and also block positions by module as well.

I use the FireFox plugin called Web-Developer and then turn on View-Style-Information under the CSS dropdown.
This then highlights the style of whatever you hover with the mouse.

Not sure if you are interested in it or not but AutoTheme allows this right out of the box, including full block control per module as well.
