nope that is in 8.0 config.php not mine..

I thought it was 7.6 have always added modules and so on using that thought..
I have looked at the 8.0 config.php and see where it is there.. I do not have it..

moved my site a few days ago and now I cannot add new topics.. don't see any errors.. Go through the motion os filling in the topic and picking the image when I clikc add topic comes back to the topic ...

Fixed .. it was I made the change to constants.php but did it wrong. I removed the word index.php when I add Refresh: 0; url= .... Should have been Refresh: 0; url= index.php
All is fine now
