I got it to work by copying admin.php over one from 7.4

It works... worship

Let me also say...my admin blocks show up even after I have hit admin:logoff

thx for great support/help. However I just followed the directions above for upgrading from 7.4 to 7.5 and now my admin login will not work. I only have 1 admin login and now I am unable to admin si ...
