Does the RavenNuke package utilize GZip compression - it's been ages since I've tried working with this with nuke - but from what I remember it can be set in the HTTP headers?

Try re uploading the module/Forums directory again - looks like a corrupt file as your main forum (user access) seems to be working fine.
