Where can I find the cookie directory?

Problem already solved. You can lock this topic.

I get this error, but I still don't have a clue..

Warning: include_once(themes/XNeon/theme.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /customers/fg-united.nl/ ...

I downloaded a theme (Xneon).
When i changed the theme I got a white screen and now i cant do anything anymore on my site.
Pls help..
