I am using RN 2.4 btw

I have a buddy who wants to sign up with a certain name all caps. i believe part of his name is on the list phrases that cant be used in new user creation. I was wondering how to access that list to ...

And if i need to use the above 4 groups located in the forum permission (Public, Registered, Moderator and Private, the last 3 also containing [hidden] options.) How do i add users to those groups? ...

I guess my question is can the forum permissions be dictated by the groups that i have made.

For example i want only the 'admin' group to be able to post bans in one forum.
I want only 'top' membe ...

I am confused about the User Groups. Only Administrator and Moderator seem to be active at the bottom of my forums. Also when i try to edit permissions for the forums i have only a select few options ...
