So to be clear. phpnuke makes a call to the bbprivmsg to see if you have any private messages. If you do have a private msg, it says you have (x) unread messages. But, in the forums, that same call ...

Is there a way then to make it where "unread" and "new messages" in the forums are == to each other them so it doesn't "confuse" them.
