Just one more thing, I set the Feedback module as the HOME but would like to change its placement. Is that possible?

I attempted to install a news module but it did not work
After I uninstalled it I have a new block on my home page
that states
There is a problem right now on the Homepage. Please check back later. ...

I am running 6.8 and when new users try to register they get the message email already taken?
I have had them clear cookies what else could I do?
