ok well then i need help installing it because the way that the install has it is for PHPNuke and RavenNuke has its codes diffrent so if i change the code it just messes everything up

i was reading through their forums and im pretty sure they do allow it, but i'll leave the .htaccess out, should i leave ALL of the .htaccess out or just the one in the root folder for now?
